Privacy Policy

A practical privacy page for the DOS Business Systems Assessment and future authority platform.

Policy summary

DOS collects only the context needed to assess fit and prepare responsible follow-up.

This page should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before larger-scale marketing automation or gated resources go live.

Information DOS may collect

Assessment submissions may include contact details, business context, website, industry, location, monthly enquiry range, bottleneck notes, CRM or process details, consent status, source page, referrer, DNS module interest, and UTM parameters.

How the information is used

DOS uses this information to review workflow fit, understand the source of the enquiry, prepare relevant follow-up, and improve the website and future lead generation system.

Email and SMS consent

Where consent is provided, DOS may follow up by email, phone, or SMS about the assessment and related business systems. Opt-out instructions should be honoured when live automation is connected.

Third-party systems

The site is prepared for future GHL integration, but Phase 3B does not connect GHL. Future third-party handling should be documented when the webhook and workflows are active.

Data security

Private keys and webhook URLs must stay server-side. Client-side code must not expose secrets or credentials.

Contact and updates

This policy should be reviewed before live GHL automation, paid lead capture, or future downloadable resource campaigns are activated.

Business systems assessment

Keep privacy aligned with the workflow.

Before GHL is connected, confirm consent, data retention, opt-out handling, and disclosure wording.
